Dude you've really outdone yourself here.

There are so many things that are incredibly impressive about this, though mainly the fact that you made this in two weeks. I could never make anything even close to this scale in anything less than a month. Before the music I'm kinda just in awe of your workflow.

The track itself is absolutely MASSIVE. Most of the track itself just has a huge sound. It's evident that your master was really on point. The composition isn't anything particularly complicated but it works great for what you're doing. The sound design and drops are really solid! They're definitely a major step up from tracks like Cataclysmical Solar Eclipse where the basses were a little to far in the background, cause in this they're right there in your face and easy to make out the little details of. The instrumentals are gorgeous as well and the atmospheres and pads are really nicely done. My only little gripe is that it feels like there's some muddiness in the low mids throughout the whole track but pretty much everything else about the track makes it barely noticeable.

You BETTER get through to the next stage cause this is some really excellent work.

DAMN. This track is really something.
The chord progression is simple, but infectious, and it hits you right in the feels. The composition throughout the whole thing is gorgeous. Everything is super well mixed and produced, and the sound design is perfect for this type of thing. And my GOD, when those softer instruments like the piano comes in...

Plus the description and backstory makes it hit even more in the feels. It's not absolutely perfect per se, but I really see what you were trying to get at with this. And it's really beautiful. Excited to listen to your other work!

say what you want about your track but this orchestration is absolutely gorgeous. I’m listening back and I’m continually wowed. Your attention to detail when orchestrating is incredible, from little ornaments to tiny bits of vibrato on a violin. Not to mention your chord choices and composition, in combination with your thorough knowledge of harmony.

I think as I’m listening back the thing that you should work on in future pieces is bass. Everything kinda sounds highpassed, especially the orchestral sections. With this sorta thing you want a huge, booming bass that’s sidechained to the percussion. And make sure that has some bass impact too! I feel like just a big bass would really help those sections out. The drop is totally fine but could also use some more bass and some more compositional variation. The snare in the orchestral section could use some more thickness and presence. Though in general the whole thing is mixed quite cleanly.

I think you’re really onto something. I think as you move forward and really get a good handle on everything your music will be insane. You’ve got SO much potential that I can hear just from this track.
